Et Un Simple Accident est bien lice pour représenter la France dans la catégorie du Meilleur film international.
L’Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences a dévoilé les shortlists pour les Oscars 2025 dans 12 catégories, révélant une sélection dominée par Sinners (Warner Bros.) et Wicked: For Good (Universal), avec 8 citations chacun.
Des membres issus de plusieurs branches de l’Académie ont pris part au premier tour de vote, couvrant notamment la catégorie du Meilleur film international. Et on y trouve bien Un Simple Accident pour représenter la France.
Les nominations finales pour ces catégories seront arrêtées dans les prochaines semaines et seront annoncées jeudi 22 janvier lors des nominations aux Oscas en amont de la 98e cérémonie, prévue le 15 mars.
